Delivery Policy

Free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £75 +VAT, placed before 12:30pm. (UK Only). Orders placed after 12:30pm will be dispatched the next working day. Postage fees may apply to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, R.O. Ireland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, civil commotion, legislation.
International
A number of items we can only sell within the borders of the United Kingdom. SP Supplies will contact you if one or more of your purchases is restricted, marked as overweight-contents or rejected by customs in your respective country. Once the item is returned, you will be subject to a full refund; postage fee included. Only If the items in question are not rejected by the buyer.
If the items are rejected by the buyer (refused delivery or refusal to pay import duties) you will not receive a refund for your postage fee as the service was carried out in full by SP Supplies and our chosen courier service. We will contact you by email if any of the above issues should arise.
