MULTI-PRIME Epoxy Primer is a high-performance primer designed for use on bare metals such as steel and aluminium. It contains good levels of zinc phosphate which is a good anti-corrosive pigment.
This primer can be force dried unlike other primers on the market and can be overcoated with MULTIMIX 2k primer, MULTI-BASE and MULTI-CRYL
The substrate should be prepared in a usual manner making sure that repairs are smooth. The substrates can be sanded or blasted before
applying the epoxy primer. Do so within 4 hours of being in bare metal. This ensures that the metal is free from any moisture or any chance of corrosion occurring. Always wear gloves when handling bare metal!
