Description
SP Supplies Adhesion Aid (Plastic Primer) is a fast drying clear universal adhesion promoter to help bond to difficult substrates and to provide a surface suitable for the subsequent applications of any of our primers, topcoats or clearcoats.
Can be used on aluminium, steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, tinplate, PVC, melamine, laminates, glass and porcelain.
Can also be used as a plastic primer on rigid, non-porous plastics commonly used in the automotive industry.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Shake can for at least two minutes before use.
Prepare the area to be painted, ensuring it is free from dirt, oil wax etc
Mask appropriately
Use between 15 to 25 degrees C in a well ventilated area.
Repeat shaking at regular intervals to ensure the paint is thoroughly mixed/agitated.
Spray from a distance of 20cm to 25cm.
Apply two very light coats with up to 10 -15 minutes between coats and leave for 20 minutes to achieve the best result.
After use, invert can and spray to clear the valve and sprayhead, this prevents the aerosol from clogging up prior to using next time.
If sprayhead should clog, remove and clean with solvent.
