g-gold is a thixotropic and slightly fluid polyester putty containing low density light glass fillers. with its surface spreading feature, it creates a very smooth finish without making any pinholes. while it provides easy application with its soft consistency, it does not flow and/or sag on inclined surfaces. it provides excellent adhesion on metal and galvanized surfaces
as well as easy sanding with the use of high quality raw materials. with its flexible structure, during and after curing it provides smooth, non-sticky surfaces free from shrinkage and cracks. it provides convenience to the practitioner with being suitable for both wet and dry sanding.

application
g-gold polyester putty is suitable for application on aluminum, galvanized steel, wood, smc, frp and all kinds of bare metal surfaces. when ready it should be applied using appropriate application spatulas. it is not suitable for application on thermoplastic surfaces or surfaces coated with acrylic or acid hardened paint.
advised mixing ratio is 1-3% with bpo in relation with temperature. suitable sanding range is p-80 / p-180
